How to query a user's active responsibility and available responsibilities in Oracle using the Timex Oracle Responsibilities Viewer

To access the Timex Oracle Responsibilities Viewer, access the Oracle Dashboard link: https://erpprod.timexgroup.com/, Scroll down and under Tools, click on Audit Responsibilities.

A. How to query a user's active responsibilities in Oracle
1. From the Timex Oracle Responsibilities Viewer's home page, click the link Search TGP or Search NMDP depending on what Oracle instance you would like to query.

2. Enter Username or user's last name and click Submit

3. Click on the account found per query.

4. List of active responsibilities will appear.

Note: If a user does not have an account, below will show.

B. How to query available responsibilities in Oracle
1. From the Timex Oracle Responsibilities Viewer's home page, click the Responsibility Name link under the Oracle instance you would like to query.

2. List of available responsibilities sorted alphabetically will appear. Tip: To easily find a specific responsibility name in the list, one may use the browser's Find on page option available in the browser's toolbar or by pressing Ctrl+F keys.
