How to Enroll or Register to ADSS

Open a web browser and access the Timex Group - Self-Service Portal: https://selfservice.timexgroup.com:9251/authorization.do.
Log in to the portal using your domain computer login account. Enter your username and password, then select the domain (AMERICAS, EUROPE, PACRIM, TG001) from the drop-down list.
Under the Enrollment tab, select your preferred security questions and type your answers. You may uncheck the "Hide Answer(s)" checkbox to view your answers.
Click the Next button to proceed.
A message will confirm if the enrollment was successful.

Ways to Reset Password Using AD Self-Service Portal

First Option: Password Already Expired (Can be done on any computer or mobile device)

Open the Timex Group - Self-Service Portal: https://selfservice.timexgroup.com:9251/authorization.do using a browser (Edge, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).
Log in using your Windows username and 'Latest Expired' password; select the domain from the drop-down list (PACRIM, AMERICAS, EUROPE, TG001).
Provide the following details, then click the Change Password button:
- Old Password: (current/expired password)
- New Password and Confirm New Password: (nominated password)

Second Option: Reset Password from Windows Login Screen (on some workstations)

On the Windows Login screen (Ctrl+Alt+Del or Windows key+L), click Reset Password / Unlock Account.
Choose Reset Password to proceed.
Provide your username and domain (PACRIM, AMERICAS, EUROPE, TG001), type the characters shown, then click Continue.
Answer your security questions, then click Continue.

Note: Answering the security questions has a time limit. If not completed within the given time, the session will expire, and you will need to start over
Provide a new password and confirm it, following policy requirements, then click Reset Password.

Note: Changing the password also has a time limit, so complete the process within 10 minutes.
A message will confirm that the password reset was successful.

Third Option: Password is Neither Expired Nor Forgotten

Open the Timex Group - Self-Service Portal: https://selfservice.timexgroup.com:9251/authorization.do using a browser (Edge, Chrome, Internet Explorer).
Log in using your Windows username and password; select the domain (PACRIM, AMERICAS, EUROPE, TG001).
Go to the Change Password tab, then type your old and new passwords, and confirm the new password. Click Change Password.

Fourth Option: User Forgot the Password but it is Not Expired

Access the ADSS Portal https://selfservice.timexgroup.com:9251/authorization.do and choose Forgot your Password?.
Provide your domain username and domain name (PACRIM, AMERICAS, TG001, EUROPE), then type the characters shown and click Continue.
Answer your security questions to proceed with the password reset, then click Continue.

Ways to Unlock Windows Login Account Using AD Self-Service

First Option: Unlock Account Upon Login (on some workstations)

Before hitting Ctrl+Alt+Delete or Other User, click Reset Password / Unlock Account.

Provide your domain name and username, type the characters shown, then click Continue.
Answer your security questions to proceed, then click Continue.

Second Option: Unlock Account from ADSS Portal

Access the ADSS Portal https://selfservice.timexgroup.com:9251/authorization.do and choose Account locked out?.
Provide your domain name and username, then click Continue.
Answer your security questions, then click Continue.
Click Unlock Account to proceed.
A message will confirm that the account unlock was successful.

How to Update Your ADSS Security Questions and Answers

Access the Timex Group - Self-Service Portal: https://selfservice.timexgroup.com:9251/authorization.do using a browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Internet Explorer).
Log in with your Windows username and password, then choose your domain (PACRIM, AMERICAS, EUROPE, TG001) from the drop-down list and click Login.
In the Enrollment tab, click the pen icon beside View my security questions.
Click Modify to change your security questions and answers.
Choose your desired questions and provide the answers (ensure they are case-sensitive and remember the exact answers).

Note: You may uncheck the Hide Answer(s) checkbox to double-check your answers. Click Update.
A message will confirm that the update was successful.
