How to Update Outlook Offline Address Book

Solution:

1. Launch Outlook app from start Menu or All Programs

2. Under the Send/Receive tab, click on the drop-down box for Send/Receive Groups and then click Download Address Book

Can also be accessed by clicking File on the Outlook ribbon > Account Settings

3. Leave the "Download change since last Send/Receive" box checked, click OK to download updates and wait 'til it completes.
