Accepting Ticket Resolutions: When your ticket is resolved, you will be notified via email. If you are not satisfied with the service, kindly reply in the email your concern and the ticket will automatically be updated to “Open”. If you are happy, simply, do not reply. The ticket will be automatically closed in 3 days.

Providing Service Ratings (CSAT): To provide feedback or do a Client Satisfaction Rating (CSAT), simply click on the survey and provide your feedback.
